DISTILL uses Canada Post for delivery.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require signature. Orders placed between Sunday and midnight EST Thursday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt. All orders received after midnight PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Tuesday.   Please note that your order will only be shipped once availability, payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification or statutory holidays. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. DISTILL is unable to reroute packages. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the Canada, sales tax will be charged.

Tracking your order:
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order.
International shipping:
If a client is shipping to a destination outside Canada, on top of DISTILL's shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government.
All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client - for purchase or returns.
Items will be shipped from Stratford, ON, Canada.
RETURNS - store credit or exchange available within 10 days of purchase, with receipt, with item in perfect condition and tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and brokerage fees to ship item back to DISTILL.
